Melinda Hemp-Gardzinski (Mindy) has been working in education for over 20 years as a teacher and administrator.  Mindy became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in September 2014 after meeting rigorous standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (  She holds a post-graduate certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, an Education Specialist Degree from Virginia Tech in School Administration and Supervision, a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Concord College.  She holds a post-graduate teaching and administration license issued by the Virginia Department of Education and a license to practice as a Behavior Analyst issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine.
